Zebulon was originally recognized as a NC Main Street Community in July of 2023, and we are proud to support North Carolina Main Street Center and national Main Street America initiatives dedicated to reenergizing and strengthening historic downtowns and neighborhood commercial districts. We’re excited to welcome Elizabeth Worner back to the Town of Zebulon as our Planning Technician! Elizabeth is often the first friendly face you’ll see when visiting our Planning Department. She plays an important role in helping residents, developers, and contractors navigate the permitting and inspection process. From processing applications to managing inspection schedules, Elizabeth works closely with our partner agencies to keep projects moving across our growing community. Elizabeth originally joined the Town in January 2024 and we’re glad to have her back on board starting today.
