Vendor Opportunities
Participation Options: Vendors can apply for a Single Event Pass or as a Full Season Event Vendor. Please note spaces are available until filled or per registration deadline, as noted per event. See the below chart for more information.
Single Event Pass
Vendors can choose to apply for single event dates. Vendors will be required to apply for each event in which they would like to participate. Please review the chart below for information related to each specific special event.

Full Season Pass
Vendors have the option to apply for a Full Season Vendor Pass. Vendors should only apply for the Full Season Vendor Pass if they plan to participate in all events. Zebulon Parks and Recreation guarantees participation for five of the seven events. In the event, that Zebulon Parks and Recreation has to cancel more than two events, vendors will be provided with a prorated reimbursement. The Full Season Pass will allow vendors to participate in all events listed below:

• Rock the Block Downtown Concert Series – August 9, September 13, October 11

* Businesses that are located within the Downtown Special Events Boundaries will be able to participate in events hosted Downtown at no cost. Businesses must complete the applicable process and paperwork.

Food Truck Vendors
Food Truck Vendors should complete the interest form and select which dates they are able to participate in. Submission of an interest form does not guarantee participation. Please see the Food Truck Guidelines below for more detailed information. ZPRD Staff will be in contact with more information regarding the status of your interest from. Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis with preference given to local businesses. Only vendors who submit the required paperwork/documentation will be considered.
