This zoning map amendment is seeking to rezone the Little River Park from a Wake County low-density residential (R-80) district to a Zebulon Residential Watershed (R1) district. This parking is currently owned by the Town of Zebulon, but it is not within the Zebulon corporate limits.
The proposed annexation will allow for further development of the existing park by gaining the ability to connect to City of Raleigh public water and sewer system for future restrooms.
