This project consists of a subdivision providing a variety of products and lot sizes for single-family detached homes and a variety of single-family attached homes, street tree landscaping, storm-water conveyance and storm water control structures for treatment and detention, public sanitary sewer and water utilities, mail kiosk area with parking lot, trash service facilities, sidewalks provided throughout, and greenways with trailheads, amenity areas (dog parks, pocket parks, playgrounds, community/pollinator gardens, pickleball courts, and a swimming pool) for subdivision residents.
The Planned Development rezoning and annexation were approved by the Board of Commissioners on October 6, 2025.
